Early Morning/ After School Program

Early Morning Care - 7:20am to 8:00am (Kindergarten to Grade 8 Students Only)
To accomodate our families, Barnabas offers an early morning program beginning at 7:20am. Families can enter through the side entrance and proceed to the Auditorium. 

More information about early morning care for PK3/4 students will be shared in September. Please note that this program will not begin until October for our Little Learners.

After School - 3:00pm to 5:45pm (Pre-K3 to Grade 8 Students)
Student programming and care is available until 5:45pm each day. Age specific groups allow students in lower elementary and upper elementary/ middle school to work collaboratively. This is time for students to complete assignments, eat a snack and relax after a rigorous day of learning. 

As long as a student is engaged in school-sponsored programs or activities, the student is expected to follow school policy.  

In instances where students are picked up, parents are expected to make arrangements to pick up their children at the end of the program or activity. Students will be released only to a parent or a person previously specified IN WRITING by the parent.

Please be advised that all payments for morning care and after school programs must be made through your FACTS Tuition Management account. Payments submitted through other platforms cannot be processed.

Further information regarding registration for our morning care and/or after school programs for 2025–2026 will be shared shortly. Please note that pre-registration for both programs is required.
